SUMMARY
—————

Harley aka Durianrider from Australia used to live a very different life with alcohol, drugs, fights and a standard Australian diet. His health was not the best either and he suffered from both asthma, digestive issues and constant changing energy levels. The drugs he took ranged from cocaine, LSD, Ecstasy and weed to magic mushrooms and his life was in many ways a physical and emotional rollercoaster.

One night at a party everything changed when he got stabbed. It made him decide to change the way he was living and first of all he became a vegan. Without eating dairy he could suddenly breathe through his nose and later when he progressed to a fully raw diet of fruits and vegetables it completely changed his energy levels and his asthma went away. Today he is a dedicated athlete and in total he has cycled more than 280.000 km as a vegan. The day before the interview he cycled up the steepest mountain in Thailand and now he can run marathons and cycle over 6.500 km in one month. Today he has been a vegan for 13 years, eats ‘Raw till 4’ and haven’t had a drink since 2001.
